KNIT, STITCH & BITCH

We are hosting a series of free craft workshops.

In these sessions we will be using all sorts to create some magnificent pieces. Sewing machines, knitting machines, random haberdashery, you name it.

The final exhibition is a chance for you to show off you work at the end of each project.

There will be seasoned craft advice on hand so don’t fret - All abilities welcome!

Check out the dates and details below.

Key Details

Knit, Stitch & Bitch: Wednesday afternoons from 12pm-4:30pm.

Our first project - ‘What's in your bag?’

An umbrella, yarn, a banana, mackerel, a sprouting onion, nail clippers, glue?... just some of the things hidden in the depths of our bags here at FGP.

You never know what life will throw at you, so always be prepared as the scowls say. You’ll be using textiles and mixed media to re-create the chaos inside your bag which will then be displayed in our final exhibition!

Check out April’s phone dupe below - just one example of what can be found at the bottom of our bags.
